Arabella’s Paw Paw, Chilli and Ginger Daiquiri

Prep:
Blend fresh paw paw chunks with red chilli (sliced & seeds removed). Test mixture until you are happy with the heat from the chilli, once happy remove puree from blender.
Method:
Add 90ml of puree to blender
15ml Domaine De Canton
15ml Triple Sec
30ml Bacardi 8 Rum
30ml fresh lime juice
Splash of ginger beer
Scoop of crushed ice
Blend on high until smooth
Garnish with paw paw seeds & chilli strips
