Experienced Cook / Chef

If you are passionate about delivering consistent quality produce and enjoy a dynamic environment, this is the job for you. Our Food and Beverage Department is part of the World-Famous Wildlife Habitat, Port Douglas.

We are looking for a Cook/ Chef who has extensive experience with preparation and service of buffet breakfasts & lunches. Excellence in presentation and time management, combined with outstanding culinary abilities will allow you to excel and grow in this team.

Known for our friendly staff, unique work environment and positive attitude, we pride ourselves on providing a quality product, delivered consistently, using locally sourced produce.

You will be required to participate and promote high levels of environmental and sustainable practices at all times and work well within a team. Immediate start available.

· Availability over a 7-day roster including weekends

· Current drivers license and own transport

· Good stable hours for the right person.
