ITALIAN A LA CARTE DINNER:
Executive Chef Belinda Tuckwell, has a passion for Italian cuisine and presents a nightly Italian à la carte menu on ‘The Deck’ that evokes the spirit of the immigrant sugar cane cutters who arrived in the region from Italy over 100 years ago. Their families remain in the local area multiple generations later, still farming the land.
Open to the public seven days a week.
