· You will have a greater likelihood of succeeding in your health/wellness goals
· You will generally put in more effort
· And it can be more affordable

So, it’s time to line up some mates and bring them along for FREE* to Paradise Pilates in March! Even if you have never attended yourself, you can still take advantage of this offer. As long as one of you is a paying attendee, the other can come along for free!

Tree planting day

21 March Tree Planting Day

Rainforest Rescue are hosting this year’s community tree planting day at Nightwings again, after the success of our last community planting reforesting the old sugar cane plantation.
We’re looking to plant in excess of 3,000 trees this year. The holes will have been dug in advance and the site prepared. All we need are volunteers willing to get their hands dirty to help us plant the seedlings, restoring rainforest habitat.
