“Taste Port Douglas is more than a festival. It’s a moment to savour, to connect, and to taste the very best of life — in one of Australia’s most breathtaking locations.”

Festival Village, the beating heart of Taste Port Douglas

Taste Port Douglas 2025 festival highlights not to miss:

Festival Launch Party

The spectacular opening event promises an evening of live music and entertainment, bespoke cocktails from Olsson’s Salt and Wolf Lane, and a mouth-watering grazing menu – all set against the stunning backdrop of Mirage Island and a starlit sky. This is exaclty what life in the tropics should be about.

The Lexus Long Lunch Series, feasting beneath the trees of Market Park, is undeniably one of the festival favourites.

Lexus Australia Long Lunch Series

Welcoming more than 600 guests to Market Park, the sea-side long luncheons invite guests to dine beneath the dappled shade of the Poinciana trees and feast with sweeping views of the Coral Sea at Dickson’s Inlet. Featuring dishes from three of PD’s most popular restaurants, Salsa Bar & Grill, Zinc and La Cucina + Bar, the Lexus Long Lunch is understandably a sell-out. Missed out? Limited tickets remain for the luxurious La Dolce Vita: An Italian Long Lunch on Saturday 9th from 12pm.

Flames of the Forest provides a fittingly spectacular setting for “A Night of Fire x Nu Nu Restaurant”

A Night Of Fire

Held within a tropical rainforest, celebrated chef Nick Holloway and the Nu Nu team will be taking over Flames of the Forest to deliver a veritable feast for the senses. Expect elemental fire cooking, an abundance of fresh produce and local FNQ flavours, an electrifying fire show, and live DJ setting the rhythm of the evening.

“A festival of flavour, friendship and sunlit moments.”
