Following on from the Share the Dignity August drive, we are now collecting bags filled with toiletries for women & girls in need this Christmas.

1 & 3 October DAB Arts studio school holiday program

Our tutor, Wendy Wajer is conducting KIDZ ART – Three one off workshops during the September School Holidays.
Tuesday 1st October – Intro to Flow Art (acrylic paints)
Thursday 3rd October – Introduction to Mosaics
Cost is $25 per person per class, includes materials.
Payment code is KA+date (eg KA2509). Refer to Douglas Arts Gallery website for bank details.

Come and explore the artworks from our talented locals with the theme “out there”. Open daily from 10am to 2pm, closed Sunday at 11 Mill St Mossman.

Imagine having enough confidence to get out of your car during a road rage incident that wasn’t your fault, instead of apologising and cowardly driving off as quickly as you can.
Well in this one-hour show, Akmal will be asking the audience if they can achieve this.

4 Mile Beach in Port Douglas is one of our longest running QLD beach monitoring sites, which we clean and record data on every month.
Our Tangaroa Blue coordinator will be meeting volunteers at Bruno Reidwig Park at the end of Solander Blvd, Port Douglas at 8:30am for a beach clean-up and data collection activity.
