Port Douglas Christmas Trading Hours: A few selected locations offer a Christmas lunch, but get in quick as these fill fast! Others will have reduced trading on Public Holidays and in general. Here’s what we have to date:

Shopping
many shops will have reduced trading hours but some will be open later on the nights leading up to the Christmas Day. The Douglas Chamber of Commerce is running a shop local campaign with some vouchers to be won.
Tours and attractions
Varying trading hours, but keep an eye out for some amazing local specials available due to the lower tourist numbers. Now is the time to give the gift of experience! Some info as follows:
The Chocolate Farm will remain open – Wed-Sat For Dec & Jan (Not open on Public Hols)

ZanDers Beach Cafe
Closed on Public Holidays. Other days 7 am to 2 pm
Cafe Fresq is closed 24th, 25th & 26th and open 7-2 every other day!
Paddy’s Irish Pub is open every day! Christmas Day will be the only different trading day, open 11.30 am until 3 pm with the QLD liquor licensing rules applied (can only purchase alcohol if ordering a meal) for bookings email: hello@paddysirishpub.com.au
Mumma Dee’s Kitchen is open at the Port Douglas market every Sunday from 8.00 am till 1.30 pm. And at the Mossman Xmas street party on Friday 15th from 5.00

PORT Seafood is open Mon-Fri 10 am-530pm, Sat 23/12 10 am-3 pm, Christmas Eve 24/12 9 am-3 pm. Closed Christmas Day & Boxing Day
Mossman Port Douglas Counselling Services is open all dates and over the 7-day week – bookings are strictly by appointment only
