4 Mile Beach in Port Douglas is one of our longest running QLD beach monitoring sites, which we clean and record data on every month. Our Tangaroa Blue coordinator will be meeting volunteers at Bruno Reidwig Park at the end of Solander Blvd, Port Douglas at 8:30am for a beach clean-up and data collection activity.

Call of the Running Tide is a new, free, environmental sculpture and multimedia festival that provides local and regional Queensland artists with a creative way to respond to the natural wonders and unique beauty of the Douglas Shire, the Great Barrier Reef and Daintree Rainforest; as well as to current local and global environmental threats.
25 & 26 September School Holiday Program – Wildlife Habitat
