Every day 8am – 9am
Yoga on the beach is taught on the warm sands of Four Mile Beach.
We are right in the heart of Port Douglas, just 400 metres south of Macrossan Street
Yoga on the beach class is surrounded by palm trees, the Coral Sea, and the amazing coastline of Far North Queensland. Yoga on the Beach classes aim to open your body, quieten your mind and leave you energised and refreshed.
Everyone is welcome
Yoga on the beach classes are designed to suit every level of experience from absolute beginners to regular practitioners.
Our teachers are skilled in guiding each participant to work at their own level and respect their own experience.
We have given hundreds of people their first experience of yoga and experienced practitioners their most memorable classes.
We have been teaching yoga on Port Douglas’s magnificent Four Mile Beach since 2004 and are still in awe of teaching in Australia’s most beautiful outdoor yoga setting.
We have wonderful teachers that are sourced both locally and from around Australia. All of our teachers are highly experienced, deeply committed and inspiring. They each have years of teaching experience and come from varied and diverse paths of yoga. Each one will bring their own influence to the class along with a wealth of knowledge.
We have been blessed with some truly wonderful practitioners and equally wonderful classes.
There’s no need to book just come along.
Please arrive a few minutes early to pay and register.
We don’t have credit card facilities on the beach, so we can only accept cash
Bring a beach towel to use in the class – we don’t use mats on the beach
Try not to eat for at least an hour before the class (unless you’re a very early riser – have breakfast after the class).
We are on the sand of Four Mile Beach – right in the heart of Port Douglas.
