Paradise Pilates  is excited to be holding  Pilates on the Pontoon Mat Class on Monday 31st August at 9.30am, and after that the 1st and 3rd Monday each month at  St. Crispins Cafe & Events

Come along and enjoy the beautiful surroundings as we strengthen and lengthen those muscles and get a healthy dose of Vitamin D and #freshair as a bonus!

Then, stay for a delicious and healthy breakfast and coffee at the Café. How good does that sound?
